Business Development Associate at St Louis Region
STATUS: Part-Time
SUMMARY: The Business Development Associate (BDA) is a part time position whose primary focus is to seek out new revenue streams from nontraditional mall businesses.
Specific responsibilities include canvassing/prospecting the regional market as well as researching potential concepts to generate new leads. The effective negotiation of new leases, contracts and license agreements with tenants and securing the proper approvals and documentation is required. The communication, coordination and set-up with tenants through the mall teams, whether a RMU/kiosk or in-line, is essential.
This position reports to the Regional Mall Manager with dotted line responsibilities to the Regional Specialty Retail Manager and Regional Director-Brand Development.
The role of the BDA contributes to the financial success of the region primarily through the effective leasing and selling of Specialty Retail and Brand Development space.
